First time dealing with them. Their services are more informative and detailed than any other dealership I’ve dealt with.

Don in the Service Department is amazing! I had to take my car in for an a/c issue that they fixed within a few days. They got me set up with an uber to head over to the rental place. Unfortunately I had to bring my car back two days later as the piece was faulty(of course no fault of them!). They were amazing once again for being able to get me in last minute and management even covered my rental for the entire time they had my car. I ended up needed my sunroof fixed as well and they were able to get all that done! Don gave me updates throughout the whole process and let me know when my car was ready and the price as well. I will continue to bring my car to them as the service is amazing and the staff are always so nice and friendly!

Luis was absolutely amazing throughout the whole purchase process! The first time I came was a little later in the day, but they were able to get me in and I was able to take the car for a test drive. He showed me every single feature in the Hyundai Palisade and made sure that this was the car I truly wanted before anything was finalized. I was unable to complete the process as the loan manger had left for the day since it was so late, but they were super sweet and just had me come back the next day to finish everything up. Luis even messaged me a week or so later because they were able to get a better deal with cheaper payments on my Palisade which I thought was beyond amazing. Please come down to AutoMaxx if you’re ever in need of a car!

I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. I was immediately embraced & made felt like my situation mattered after I was assigned to a salesman. He didn’t give off the usual “let me sell a car” vibe. He listened, he made my situation the key point factor on how he handled my car buying experience. I felt like family from start to finish! I highly recommend them. All my children that will be buying cars will definitely come through here to do so & Im recommending them to anyone that inquires. They will take care of you from start to finish!
