I would like to share my recent experience with this group, although I did not make a purchase with them (but was SO darn CLOSE). Their professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, & assistance through my search was phenomenal. I worked with Caryn via the internet sales (which was truly outstanding) and Carvin for sales (who was great also). I was truly the customer in a less stress, no fuss car buying experience, the first of my experiences. Caryn gave me factual data, even following up on statements made to me when conversing via phone or text. I will certainly visit this group if I have another future auto news. 5 star group!!

Carvin could not have been more helpful when looking for a new car. He was extremely attentive and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Could not recommend him enough when coming to Automaxx to look for a new vehicle!

Luis sold me a truck

Alton and Lacey were great to work with. I came down here with a different truck in mind but they showed me another one that really made me happy. They worked well with me to get me in it, Alton especially had wonderful customer service. They would have my business again!

Update: Zach just helped me trade in my car and did a phenomenal job for my new one. Shout out to the amazing team here :-) Had such an amazing experience with this company. Mr. Cameron Carr made the experience painless. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t force us into buying a vehicle. He helped us to know all of our options so that we could be comfortable. Mr Antonio helped us go through so many cars while we found the ideal one for us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Mr. Johnny Dangerfield for helping us understand the values of what we had and what we wanted. Everyone took care of us like family.

Camilo made my purchase process easy and he was so professional. Camilo actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was able to give me exactly that. Go and ask for Camilo you will not be disappointed I promise. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Abby D was my sales guru she is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process an absolutely perfect experience. I left feeling overjoyed not overwhelmed. Abby is the quickest and most personable sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Excellent sales person. He was attentive to our needs and took care of us. He answered all our questions and really cared about us as people. We feel like a family here.

James was amazingly great!.. i was turned down multiple different times & was highly upset when I came in to automax and he changed my whole demeanor & mood with getting everything approved and getting me into a new whip - shout out to James !! He’s the best!! Forreals!!
